Are there age restrictions for the driver?
Type B driving license, minimum age 25 years and two years of driving experience.
Are pets allowed in the camper van?
Yes! They are allowed.

Where to refill water and empty the black and gray water tanks?
Before starting the journey, we will show you how everything works. We will also provide you with enough chemical products for the duration of the rental.
The emptying should be done at the designated places, which we will explain to you on the day of the vehicle delivery.
What is the €700 deposit for?
To rent a camper, a deposit of €700 is required to cover any damages that may occur both inside and outside the vehicle, as well as damage to third parties. The deposit is refunded on the last day after a review of the interior and exterior.
What happens if I want to cancel the reservation?
If the client cancels the binding reservation, the client must pay the following cancellation fees calculated from the first confirmed reservation:
- If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the rental start date, 75 percent of the rental amount paid will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the rental start date, 50 percent of the rental amount paid will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the rental start date, no refund will be given for the rental amount paid.
Can the reservation be modified?
Yes, as long as there is availability on the dates you want to make the change.
What is the price for pickup and drop-off at the airport?
The price per journey is 50€.
What is included in the price?
You only need your clothes, food, and a lot of enthusiasm to have a great time. The vans are fully equipped. They come with outdoor furniture (table and chairs), a welcome kit with toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo, trash bags... cleaning products, a spacious large trunk...
How are the batteries recharged?
The batteries are recharged through the solar panel, with the car's engine when it's in motion, or by connecting to the electrical grid, so you won't have any issues running out of battery.
What fuel do the vans use?
Our vans use Diesel and are delivered with a full tank. They must be returned with the same fuel level as when the rental started. Otherwise, there will be a penalty of 30€ plus the cost of refueling.
Can I travel to other islands?
If you wish to travel to other islands, it is mandatory to consult the company in advance. The insurance coverage as well as the camping rules vary significantly depending on the island you are on.
What happens in case of a breakdown?
Our vans are checked and maintained up to date by professionals, so you should not have any problems. In case of any breakdown or accident, you can contact us to start the procedures, depending on the issue.

What type of insurance covers the van?
Comprehensive insurance with a €700 deductible. The €700 deposit, paid on the first day of the rental, covers third-party damages with no limit and personal damages starting from €700.
In this way, any damages caused to the camper van during the rental that are less than €700 with the client's responsibility and fault will be deducted.
Is it mandatory to return the van with a full tank?
The van will have a full tank at the time of pick-up. If so, we ask that the van be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, the remaining amount of fuel will be charged, along with a €30 service fee.
