What to see in the center of the island of Menorca

Son Bou Beach is the longest beach in Menorca, with approximately 3 km of fine white sand. It has beach bars for dining and parking areas for overnight stays. It is located in the south.

Another two of my favorite beaches in the south are Binigaus and Cala Tomás, both in the direction of Migjorn.

In the north, we have Cavalleria and Cala Pregonda (one of my favorites in the north—you need to reach Binimel.la and walk about 20 minutes). In Binimel.la, there is a small house-restaurant where you can have lunch, but they do not serve dinner.

You can also visit the Cavalleria Lighthouse, which offers spectacular views. There is a bar, and you can watch the sunset. The road is quite narrow, so it is recommended to arrive early and park in the designated area, as the road gets very congested during sunset in peak season.

Another great place to visit is Fornells, a beautiful small town with a charming little port where you can have a meal. In the main square, there are two bars for tapas, and if you want to try lobster, the most famous restaurant is called "Es Cranc."

Good places to stay overnight in this area are Binimel.la and Playa de Cavalleria.
